Justin Cole Sandlin Sentence

On October 12, 2012, Justin Cole Sandlin went before Southern Circuit Superior Court Judge Richard M. Cowart for the cases in which Sandlin was found guilty on. The charges ranged from the sale to the possession of methamphetamine. Sandlin was sentenced to fifteen years in which five years to serve in the State Penal System along with ten years probation and being banned from Echols County while serving the remainder probation.

            The Sheriffs Office has currently filed forfeiture on the Sandlin residence located at 1426 Sardis Church Road due to numerous complaints and arrests involving methamphetamine activity that range from the manufacture, to the sale of methamphetamine from the house from numerous individuals over the course of a short period of time. It is expected to go to trial on December 3 before Judge Richard M. Cowart.
