 Monday, March 25, 2013 Sheriff Randy Courson received a complaint on a blue 2007 Chrysler 300 traveling south on 129 at a high rate of speed.  The complainant stated that the car had ran them off the highway.  Sheriff Courson and deputies intercepted the vehicle traveling approximately 88 miles an hour and conducted a traffic stop. The investigation revealed that the driver was intoxicated and was taken into custody and charged with several traffic related infractions.  Further investigation determined that the back seat passenger La-Charles Hudson, whom was a fugitive on the run , was wanted out of Tallahassee, FL for murder, which occurred on Wednesday, March 20.   The murder had occurred at a motel located in Tallahassee where the victim Alfred Daise had been shot and killed.  Quanterius Dennis who was apprehended in Tallahassee was also charged with murder in connection with the shooting.  La-Charles Hudson was taken into custody without incident and transported to LCSO awaiting extradition to Tallahassee, FL.  The driver, Charles Hudson, was charged with DUI, DUI endangering a child, and speeding
